My husband started, and it was enough to motivate me. I began as just wanting to be healthier and not gain the dreaded 10-15lbs that are gained after graduating high school. Then one thing led to another, and here I am.
Why I Love It:
It gives me self confidence. It just shows that big dynamite can come in a small package. It's very refreshing!
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now, I have different people that I see and read about that encourage, motivate, and inspire me to become better at what I am doing. I do have rough spots, but my husband and others pick me up. In the end, this is for me, so I have to be the one to push past it.
BB Accomplishments:
Currently, I have nothing absolutely amazing I have done. I started out not being able to do anything.. just grabbing 5 lb weights and throwing them around, but now I want to be macho :)
Ok, so my workout life is still amazing. I love the feeling of getting that look when I walk in the door of the gym like the biggest baddest chick just entered! lol, it definitely boosts my self-esteem and confidence, that's for sure. I am weighing in at 103lbs fully clothed, wearing a size...
