A true visionary. He created something big out of nothing. Instead of waiting for something to happen, he made something happen. Most important of all, He uses this same drive towards helping others. Good to hear from you. I am finishing up my undergrad and going straight into the doctorate in physical therapy at my university. I just hired a trainer and will be working out 6am 3 days a week. With school and work fulltime...it was challenging to eat clean and hit the gym. I made the decision to train with someone and pay for the extra push. I am cooking meals and taking them with me now. What is new on your end?
I think I have the nutrition/cals side of things under control now. I'm aiming for 65% HR on either a bike, elliptical and treadmill for variety each day for 30 min.
