Good to hear from you. I am finishing up my undergrad and going straight into the doctorate in physical therapy at my university. I just hired a trainer and will be working out 6am 3 days a week. With school and work fulltime...it was challenging to eat clean and hit the gym. I made the decision to train with someone and pay for the extra push. I am cooking meals and taking them with me now. What is new on your end?

I think I have the nutrition/cals side of things under control now. I'm aiming for 65% HR on either a bike, elliptical and treadmill for variety each day for 30 min.
