Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
You can push each other to work harder. Having a spotter that you know is always there is nice too, so you aren't afraid to put more weight on.

Nano Vapor is AWESOME. I generally take it before every workout. Gets me pumped to go at it. Though be sure you eat an hour or so beforhand, and don't take it on an empty stomach, otherwise rashes can occur, I've had a heat rash from it a couple times, but that's cause I didn't eat anything before. After taking it wait 10 minutes or so, then go at it! It's great. Then I take some protein after the workout. How are workouts going for you?
