nath123 hey just saw your comment from a few months ago. I use Extra lean ground beef,spice it myself, and bake for donair meat. I add about 30calories per 6oz for the little bit extra the spices add. For better taste if you have the money you can mix it with ground lean lamb Oct 5, 2011 4:43pm

Sweatness24 sweet, today was my leg day as well im sore as hell man haha i go at 5 am everyday monday through saturday and have sundays off. Good luck, pump that iron those legs will get swole, just wait till you gota put ducktape on the inside of your underwear because your legs are so big they rub holes in your boxers lmao. nicknewton its a common misconception that you have to throw around a lot of weight. its all form man, if you dont have good form you wont gain. i gained 2 inches on my arms using 15-20lbs and perfect form and timing. i can max with 65lbs so its not about what you can do all the time but doing whats necessary to build muscle and practice proper joint health daily. its all in time, just do it right and you will gain faster than the guys pushing around weight they cant control. nicknewton its has to be an equal equation of reps and weight to gain strength and mass. or your will put on low dense muscle that will lose size faster if you had to stop for a while for some reason. the tighter the muscle fibers the more definition and strength you will gain allowing for more weight which turns into more mass. just take your time and build your foundation right going into this whole thing, it will pay off trust me. nicknewton power day: (think as heavy weight you can handle) 3X sets @ 12 reps leg ext upright rows lat pull down barbell curl (wide) shrugs (smith machine or squat bar) seated calf ~> 20 reps!! leg curls dumbbell curls (2 sets hammers 2 sets forward palms 2 count down!!) isolateral high row push ups wide decline (feet on a bench or something) seated row sit ups Apr 17, 2010 10:15am

nicknewton thats too low of reps and sets bro. you need to do 4 sets of 12. only do 3 sets of 6 when you do negatives, like curls with a very slow 4 count down with high weight, and a rapid curl so you are constantly flexing. make sense? i got mad workouts to help you out man. let me get some stuff together, i'll post you one to do for today if you havent gone in yet. nicknewton oh and you should try to commit to 2-3 months on your gain diet. its really hard to be consistent with such a tough diet, but you will gain at least 10-15lbs of ripped muscle... i can send you diet and work out routines for gaining if you want. just let me know. Apr 17, 2010 9:51am

nicknewton you will just lose any body fat you gain from your gain cycle. its like 50grms of protein per serving, your body can only absorb 34 grams per serving, so you are just flooding your system with protein. take some amino acids right b4 you work out to get the most out of your gainer. like 3 pills pre. also eat 30 grams of protein every 2-3 hrs. you will put on mad mass bro. good luck, hit me up with any questions.
