Over the last 3 1/2 weeks have been working on my diet. Eating much cleaner, higher protein. Have cut out all bread and starchy carbs. I have dropped 16 pounds (nearly 8 kg ) in this time. Getting ready to be in the best shape of my life!
Thanks bro' I appreciate the comment!
It's funny I've trained fpr years with major intensity and now since my accident/injury my focus and intensity is at it's highest ever. I'm so freaken determined to fully recover from this asap that it's scary lol. Look forward to achieving this new goal.

No contest right now, I was planning to compete this month but had a bilateral quad rupture on July 9th, that is i ripped both quads off the bone "completely" so now I'm in recovery after having detailed surgery to re-attatch my quads. No worries all went well and I am looking forward to returning to competition some time in 2010.

Thank you Mark! Nice to hear from a fellow aussie! Preparation is going very well - its a daily balance but I think I am on track. I have a big challenge ahead, 3 photoshoots over 3 weeks and then my competition on the 21st. It will be interesting to see if I can maintain top condition for 4 weeks. Hmmm, why do I always set myself such big freakin goals???? All the best for fitness journey in 2009!
