Overall Goal: I drive a tractor trailer through New York everyday. Sitting on my butt shifting gears all day, takes its toll. I just want to lose this gut, and gain some muscle!

I drive a tractor trailer through New York everyday. Sitting on my butt shifting gears all day, takes its toll. I just want to lose this gut, and gain some muscle!
Goal (Long):
I used to be proud to take my shirt off. In the Summer, around the pool, all that hard work pays off.
As the years go by, and other interests claim my mind, I have found that I lost that fire. I am no longer proud of my body.
My goal is to reclaim my body. I want to decrease my fat, improve my diet, and gain some lean muscle. Bodybuilding fitness will be a way of life for me but not my only passion.
These goals I will acheive gradually using at first the mirror to guage success. Then, as the gains become less evident, other more accurate means.
After my workout Thursday, I had my usual protien shake and thought... HEY! I should really clean this effing blender!! Anyone who uses a blender to mix powder, liquid, and fruit will know that after a while, it needs to be taken apart and really scrubbed...
man you look preety good bro for yourself, just seeing your picture and knowing you are still going that's makes me feel damn good right now and i'm just getting into working out, keep up the good work
THANKS a million for ur comment left on my recent blog. U DO remember. It would take a thousand wild horses to keep ME down - especially with cheering Friends like U! Well, down for now - but getting UP taller a lil' later. *smile*
Have you had your neighborhood summer barbecue yet ... where you can show off being in better shape and having FAR more muscle than anyone else around you?? :)
How goes burning off that spare tire my friend?
Are you staying motivated and hitting the gym on a regular basis?
Keep pushing yourself and you will be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.
Thanks Roy. Just wait 'til I get 'dem 'dere stilletos on in a few weeks for new pics to post. I want BOTH legs to be sexy as possible. (lol) --Dawn Melanie
Roy, looks like you're doing well according to the weight chart. Well on the way to be Scariest Dad II at the backyard barbecue. Heck. you'll be that way by Memorial Day!
Nice blog. :) Hey, you may have some extra fat you want to get rid of,but pat yourself on the back for all the muscle you've got, too. That's harder to acquire than losing weight. Yo've done the hard part already!
