How I Started:
My whole life I've worked out: dance, riding horses, gymnastics, ballet, cheerleading, karate, fencing...but I started to pump iron when I saw a man who was bigger than life in every way and I wanted to be like him in spirit and strength, so I picked up the iron and began to pump...til I could feel it was in my blood.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel stronger, faster, have more energy, and keeps me focused on staying in the moment and building things for the future. The results with weights come so fast, it's a magic trick. You can sculpt and design whatever you want to be. It's fun that way.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep always in my mind: The Way of the Best, my Family, the Ones who challenge me, the Worthy Opponent, and the ones who came before me who lived and died so that I might have freedom and a better life.
BB Accomplishments:
I have no bodybuilding accomplishments myself except to do my part to preserve and promote the history of Iron Game Legends for the future generations to come.
