When I Started:
Oct, 2001
How I Started:
I started lifting from when I was about 15 because of a weightlifting class in highschool but never got too big (except biceps, lol), but I really started doing it right (nutrition-wise) starting from the summer of 2006. I used to be obese in middleschool I was about 180lbs when I was in 6th-7th grade and I wasn't even that tall. I started working out and dieted to get leaner, and then I worked up from there.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it relieves stress, and it also helps me in my everyday life. Bodybuilding helps me in a lot of ways, not just in the physique department.
Bodybuilding is the only sport where one must LIVE it. Every second of the day, you gotta put constant effort to see results.
It's not as simple as "hitting up the gym" for an hour 3x a week and expecting to grow...
Nutrition must be treated like SCIENCE, only then can one truly reach his/her greatest potential.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love it, that's motivation in itself.
I love putting in the hard work and being able to see the results. It's slow in coming but it's very satisfying to see my physique slowly change as time goes by.
I'm also a Christian.
This does not mean Im perfect nor can I ever be. Im actually pretty messed up.
Christianity is not work-based. I tried legalism..it just does not work that way.
All credit is given to Jesus who has died and risen for me and every one of us.
A person can be the worst sinner in the world, but God still loves him/her.
May I decrease so Christ can be increased.
BB Accomplishments:
I was obese once. Now im not :D
I was also skinny once. Now im not :D
That's about it.

Philippians 2:9:
"Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

This was before I started lifting. Around age 13-14. I was obese at the time due to my crappy genetics and an unhealthy eating pattern; hence, I started lifting, at around age 15.
This was taken just recently. I actually lost a lot of fat, and was sorta skinny, and this is the result from about 6-7 months of intense lean bulking.
get one dood that shit was only 80 bucks.. i really wanted one on my left forearm.. but thought the older ajashes would talk shit.. so i got it on my back
