I am 52 yrs old,have been going to the gym for nearly a year. Lost 40 kilos but getting frustrated not building up more.Do wieghts/RPM/Cardio workouts/diets
Any sugeestions. Currently weigh 80kgs..

Thanks man, I went to korea in 06 to visit a friend, i stayed in beucheon neer incheon was a great experience. Yea actually ive been on a slow bulk that pic is 20lbs bigger than my start :0 140 now wanting to get up to about 160 see were i am then.
