I am only in my second week(as of 2/19/08), but enough is enough with this fat body! I was down to a 34 waist a few years ago and looking good (IMO), but then a knee injury sidelined me. Time to get back to it.
Why I Love It:
It's always a pain getting started, but once I am a few weeks in it becomes addictive. Edit: I think the addiction kicked in this week  (3/11/08)
How I Stay Motivated:
Combat the Fat program by Jeff "The Muscle Nerd" Anderson. The routine and easy to follow eating plan makes it easy for me to stay on track even when I am on the road traveling for work.
BB Accomplishments:
none.

For the first time in a long time I've managed to break the 250# barrier....After the struggle of the last two weeks, the scale results were a welcome sight this morning!
Yesterday was my first workout in 2 weeks and it wasnt very easy to get back into the routine. My feet were cramping on...
hey, we had our annual golf outing this past weekend - forest akers east course. then we were trying to think of where to go for dinner and some folks were voting for jersey giant. ended up at the harrison roadhouse -with 11 kids total - can you say disaster
You'r right about my agrivation with the scale.I don't put too much emphasis on the scale though, been through it all before,I just basicly just stoped using it.I'm going by how I feel, how I look in the mirror, and how my pants fit.I can allready fit comfortably in a pair of pants, that just last month were about 1 inch too tight. One little step at a time.Hope your training is going well also!!
Hi Guy,Thanks for the visit,I'm new to this site, just getting the hang of it.Look like we'r both starting out around the same time.Good luck in your training.
yeah, i am getting tired of not knowing which team will show up to play. I hope the A team decides they want to play in the tournaments, because they are pretty damn good.
I just dropped by to see how you are doing and to wish you all the best.
Remember: “You can be as great as you want to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, determination and drive and are willing to pay the price, you will do it!”
Good Luck on your goals. I found this site a few weeks ago but I officially started my Body for Life Challenge yesterday, which ends of June 1 (12 weeks). I will monitor your progress. Again best of luck.
Hey man :)
Nah, I'm not finding it too hard working in the food industry. I get to set my own hours, for the most part.. and being a pastry chef,I'm actually pretty sick of sweets! They're not a temptation for me anymore. It kinda sucks when I'm testing a new recipe, but whatever.. it's rare enough that I don't really worry about it too much.
Love the name, btw. "Madcowsteak".. awesome.
Just go moved in to my new house this weekend. Whoooo!!! Now I can cook clean(er) and get my workout routine in order. LEG DAY TODAY. I cant wait for the blood curdling pain to hit me with Rage Against the Machine playing in my ear hole.
Hang in there, MI is not the most health-oriented place to be. The best part is you have initiative. Now stay out of Big Boy's on Pearl St. ...lol
I'm from Grosse Ile, south of Detroit & Windsor.
It's easy bro, click on "My Control Panel" in the right corner, then at the very bottom it says "my stats" i think.... that'll show you. Haha, "I must break you!"
Hey bro! Saw you stopped by and checked my page out the other day! Good luck reaching all your goals! I know it's kinda cold and crummy out here (I'm up at Ferris), but we can definitely toughen up and do some of those Rocky 4 winter training montages! Good luck bro! Stay strong!
