Being on this site really helps with the discipline because you see tons of other people on here that are all doing it. And I figure, if they're disciplined enough to do it, then forsure I can do it also...

It depends on what I am doing for how heavy I lift but on deadlifts I am up to 175 for 8 reps which is more than I weigh, so hopefully I will be able to increase my strength on pull ups soon. Well good luck to you on reaching all of your goals!

It is going well, I think I can get one on my own! Haha...I lift heavy but I guess you have to practice and I don't really take the time out to focus on that. How is your training going?

You may be rt but if you do that kind of training it should help with a one or two max lift as well:) Definitely do what you think will get you to your goals the quickest way:) CHEERS

If I was you I would do ladders..start with added 10 pounds for a set then add 25 and so on until you get to your top wt then go back down:) Let me know how you do with those...Hope you are well:)

Depends how lean i am hun... in my off season i look just normal.. but obviously when i compete i'm very lean and its noticeable and then i just get starred at lol x

oh, yes, I am tall, and even though I work hard, the muscle is slow to show on my frame because of that. When I put on the high heels, I am 6'7" lol!
