When I Started: 2003
How I Started: Got sick of being in really bad shape. I started working out at the same time I hit my growth spurt. Lost about 60 lbs of fat and gained a ton of muscle. That was about 3 years ago. Since then I have maintained my weight within 10 lbs of that and VERY slowly become stronger at about the same weight. Now I am looking at finishing the job off by getting to about 215 lbs then doing a clean bulk to lean up.
Why I Love It: Look great & feel great.
How I Stay Motivated: Picture where I want to be in a year and shape my life however I need to so that in a year that is where I am standing.
BB Accomplishments: Lost about 120 lbs fat
Gained around 20 lbs muscle
Forum Signature: Been in the game for one year now. Started Nov. 17th/06. 65 lbs lost to date.

Thanks bro, been busting my balls, and my new workout routine is really making a difference. I have gained some weight on my new program, snd upped cals. However my bodyfat seems to still be diminishing. As I'm able to see my top 4 abs, too bad the loose skin is there and mejes me look fat still. You look like your still improving too, keep that shit up bro!

For diet I'm doing a 40/35/25, I do a split of day 1: Chest and shoulders. Day 2: Legs and Back. Day 3: Arms and Abs. for my cardio I do it 6 days a week 20 minute session after my workout. I really like the way things are going now, losing about 12 pounds a month and my strength is going up.

Thanks a lot man! It feels great, I assume you know that... The May picture isn't even me at my worst, I remember back in high school.. ugh =/ I am looking better than my July pic right now because I started lifting weights - but I am going to wait as long as I can make myself before snapping another shot and doing a side by side comparison. Keep watch man, maybe early October I'll put up a new pic. Keep up the awesome progress dude!

funny you say that bro, i actually started @ like 150lbs lbm and now im about 175lbs lbm. i went on a 3 month clean bulk where i stayed the same weight but was dropping my bodyfat percentage. i hear alot about people not being able to put on muscle while cutting, but right now im still slowly increasing lbm while slowly dropping weight.
