Everything I've accomplished so far had been with the use of diet, training, dedication, and the supps displayed on my current list. I tried lipo-6 on my first "cutting" experience, but didn't like it. Way too much caffeine in one dose. The next cut was with animal cuts and I loved it.
I want to find a balance where I can become lean, stay below 10-12% BF, and then maybe actually build some strength on top of it all. My genetics seem like I'm only "strong" (relative term, individual specific) when I am heavy. If I lean out it becomes a funny story. I look like I should press up my one reps from when I was a heavy FB player, but usually am about a couple hundred pounds less on squat & dead, and 60-100 less on bench.
Basically, I want to learn how to tell genetics to go 'F' itself!
(I should prolly make a note here; those lifting stats are from soph year of college. They are one reps that I could consistently obtain. My best ever maxes were slightly higher but spaced through different years. They are not my best nor are they my current maxes by any means ... However, when I log on here and see what I used to hit on a weekly basis it drives me to strive and achieve those maxes yet again, but with a catch. The catch is figuring out how to throw the iron like that but maintain some actual form to my body.)

I might be able to hook you up with something since I'm cool with some of the guys working there. You can get a 7-day free pass anytime though and on March 14th I know you can come with a member for free, let me know if you want to.
yeah man i'm a big fan of the morning lift so i get energized for the day and have that endorphine rush. but sometimes i go to do some additional cardio or extra lifts in the evening and it's PACKED. i can't wait til mid february when ppl give up lol
I have no clue how far I am from that, I don't even really know where I am now. 9-10%? I hate dieting so I refuse to give up things I love but eat pretty good the rest of the time. Hating your clean diet yet?
well i'm actually from texas but i now live in lincoln and go to unl. trying for a nutritional science and dietetics degree. how is it going at your rec with the new years' resolutioners?
thanks alot man, i love doing legs. they have to be my favorite bodypart to train. nothing like a huge pump, sweat dripping from every orifice, and having that sick feeling in your stomach.
Hey Kyle, this thing is a pretty cool way to keep motivated. Your looking pretty slim by the way, and I mean that in the most heterosexual way possible.
