Well I've managed to be pretty consistant over the last couple of years and now have the whole household doing lifting. I have been able to bulk some but I really need to work harder on my nutrition. I will continue a 3 day lifting week although I already miss the 5 day I was doing the first couple months this year. Right now trying to concentrate on getting the boys regular with their routines. My main goal is coming along a little slower than I had hoped but I'll tweak things to have a summer plan to improve my cardio and increase my muscle mass.
A good workout tonight. Back to the inclines. The pullovers were hard. The Arnies left my shoulders feeling sore but I attempted dips and after 5 the 6th was a struggle. Despite the this I did the side lat raises with determination finishing all 3 sets of 12. May take a little time I guess to...
Well it would appear that every 3rd day works best so I'll be doing it that way for awhile until the end of June 2007. Full body workouts are the focus with a couple isolation exercises thrown in.
