Well I've managed to be pretty consistant over the last couple of years and now have the whole household doing lifting. I have been able to bulk some but I really need to work harder on my nutrition. I will continue a 3 day lifting week although I already miss the 5 day I was doing the first couple months this year. Right now trying to concentrate on getting the boys regular with their routines. My main goal is coming along a little slower than I had hoped but I'll tweak things to have a summer plan to improve my cardio and increase my muscle mass.
