Oh my! It doesn't sound like fun!. How long do you think it'll take for you to get better?
My workouts are going great! I didn't feel like going today but I forced myself to lol! Once I was there I felt better :) ... Are you enjoying your weather? Last week we had a scare hitting the first 100 degrees day but after it went back to being heaven in Phoenix.
