Workout 1: Legs, Shoulders & Triceps

BB Squats - 3 x 6 reps
Straight Leg Deadlifts - 3 x 8
Leg presses - 1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 6
Standing calves - 4 x 15
Sitting calves - 4 x 15
