Its been awhile how are u? I just put up progress pics (more up on 10/10) a new thread post and blog entry. my posture is way off because my legs are still weak and in the middle of rehab that will come in time . let me know what about my physique is coming along and what still needs work … etc This is 1 month in with getting most of my lifts and diet in hope to hear from you soon you can PM me or gmail me at doobzkhq@gmail if that is easier

I strongly recommend Beverly International Supplements. (They are in my profile.) Ultimate Muscle Protein should help you gain lean mass, Muscle Synergy is great for promoting protein synthesis (more muscle) and 7-Keto MuscLEAN will keep you ripped. Just add a good vitamin.

HA HA. O'm harmless! When you already look like you do, all you need is time, consistent training and a good diet! As the muscles grow you're just gonna look better and better! I've got a food list and don't mind sharing what I do if you ever think you'd like to see it. Just keep growing man!
