the bodybuilding for me is everything .. I love bodybuilding because it is a sport where everything you do .. you better is a tough sport but beautiful .. see his body changing .. .. which improves a good thing too. . is only one year that I train, I put on over 20 kilograms and I must say that I am very proud .. I saw my body change
How I Stay Motivated:
friends, fan, family, myself, music, movies, training partner,....
I would want to 18 years to weigh approximately 100 kg with a percentage of fat person of 5%… I would want also to arrive to having of the arms from 45 cm, thighs from 70 cm. I would want also to arrive to having like maximal 150kg of bench, 200 of I deadlifts and 220 of squat!

hello boys. I must say to you that my decrease of weight, bf and circumferences is given dall' feeding of this period. in this month I am eating indeed little but I am training myself always suramente. this has carried to me to a loss of weight and muscles. but to september I recommence strong. objective 90kg!
