Hey!Just got back from the gym...My first return to the weight room last week after 5 weeks away was difficult: my muscles remembered what to do, but my energy was low, and I`m no where near my highest weights but at least I haven’t lost it all! It`s great to be back in my routine. I took it slow, and it's a start. And today, I’m a wee bit achy, but not sore. How are u doing?

Oh,its been a while since I've posted and I have been away for a LONG time, and for that, I'm sorry;)I graduated from college and went to Europe with my friends for a month and half so I haven`t really been working out lately. It`s great that I’ve started again, however I know I need to do a little bit more work to shift the weight I’ve put on in the last couple weeks.Anyhoo, it's good to be here again,and I hope to either have or read more great news from you soon!

I'm great!! Training is going well. I'm gaining weight pretty slowly this time around so I hope that means its all muscle. How is everything with you?

Hey!Thanks for your message and sorry for the delay in replying.I'm finishing up my last semester and it's been pretty hectic lately.. The workouts have been a bit off-and-on, because my body is adjusting to all the extra work I’m giving it, but overall I haven’t been doing too bad. I’m pretty happy with my progress — my philosophy is to progress slowly and build up over time. Well, hit me back sometime and let me know how you're doing!Talk to you soon, Michelle
