yeah your right. i noticed i have been dramatically getting bigger and mor toned. and im not doing much different. But at the same time alittle acne follows to :X

i usually train my biceps and triceps both extremely hard. i think its just the fact that im 16 i cant get much bigger yet..thats what i was told
