I got started because I'm trying to do local modeling in Tx. I'm tired of being called plus size. I'm tired of hearing you have a beautiful face not body but face. I not only want to hear I have a beautiful face but body also.

Hey girl, you can do it! Just pick a shot term goal and bust your a$$ till you get there, once you get there make a new one and so on. As for the eating I know its sux but will power! After a few weeks you wont crave all the crap food. Keep me posted. GOOD LUCK!

I started by getting a gym membership. I got on the Internet and started reading everything. I found bodybuilding.com and I have been here ever since. What I use to look like is what keeps me motivated. I don't want to ever go back to that.

I've been there, it sucks...but i got back on track...it's so easy to lose sight of your goals, i know. I have to get back into clean eating habits asap! beacuse I can see the pounds creeping back on :-(
