How I Started:
I began lifting for highschool football during my junior year in highschool. I have continued lifting into college, and have become serious about lifting in the last 2 years.
Why I Love It:
I love improving my body and seeing the results. It is something that I look forward to every day. As I hit one goal I always push to the next level.

How I Stay Motivated:
I am always finding new ways to stay motivated. Changing my routine is one way, and reading mucle mags is always interesting. Of course compliments from other people always help too.
Ah! You should come to the show in May if you go to Tech! But, definatly stop going to New Town and start going to The Weight Club! I think you would like it so much better!
