No one gives a sh*t if you see the glass half full or half empty. Its how you fill the glass back up that matters.

well right now im on a cut till nov. end its going good and i have really leaned down. Kinda sux cuz now i see the need for mass so im gona bulk from dec onwards! Can't Wait!!! =)
You're welcome. That is some serious delt development going on. And wonderful pressing. Best of luck in all your goals. You are certainly going somewhere.
lol, it's Mind-Muscle connection. It simply means, you have the ability to work a particular muscle properly. So, if you're doing pullups, and really feel it in your lats, you have good MMC. If you don't have good MMC, you'll feel it in your arms.
Work on your MMC, brah. That's the only way to build a good back. Yeah, training is going great. Ironically, tomorrow is back day. Actually, I want to do both; gain a little mass and burn off some fat. Am on a custom strength training programme and I do slow cardio after lifting.
I want to get to 190lb by Christmas - bulking since beginning of september.
tough times to eat enough at the moment, and heavy lifting lead to joint pains in shouler & elbow... hope to get there though!
