I'LL check in on your w/o - dude you are on fire of late and impressed by your drive and dedication - gonna be even moooar of beast. Is this the final week for school? I work in Banking and its one of the busiest periods for us, never seems to slow down.
Thanks mate - got to put at least another 11lbs on getting there. Great avi - guns and delts are just insane in this pic! What are you lifting in your next sesh?
Yeah man, you're right about that, it's all abuot finding the right mix that works. Once I get my bf down to around 5 or 6, then it's back to clean, clean bulking.
cheers.. back at ya for your support in my journal as well. Dude, your lifts are real motivating and you have got some great work happening. Will be great to see were you take your training. I am finally begining to fire back at the level I was before and can't wait to get to 187 as a minimum.
Yeah i think its the only lift i got you beat in lol. I actually hurt my hip playing sports recently haven't deadlifted or squatted in a month. Its so frustrating lifting just isn't the same without those 2 exercises
