What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I have aches and pains in my knees, elbows, shoulders, and occasionally in my hips. I've had all of these for at least a year or more. Fish Oil is helping somewhat. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
sloppy form, overuse or repetitive stress, imbalanced training, poor posture, but most of all... not listening to your body

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
That's a funny question b/c some of the most dangerous exercises are also the most productive. I like to think in terms of risk to return, and one of the highest on that index is bench pressing, squats, front squats, leg presses. I say these b/c max effort work requires a spotter for these versus deadlifts and DB presses that don't require a spotter to go super heavy.That's a funny question b/c some of the most dangerous exercises are also the most productive.
