I normally consume rice, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes & oatmeal. Pretty much the same as you.

Yea, b/c it has 633 calories per shake & lots of carbs. It's really not worth the price. You only get 18 servings for $40. So I would suggest just eating more period & lifting heavier. Good Luck!

Thanks Bro. While I was in the desert I was eating a lot more carbs & lifting heavy, 6 to 8 reps. I was also taking a weight gainer, True-Mass by BSN. I gained 12.lbs but couldn't maintain it so after I left I actually gained 8.lbs in 6 months.
