How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Longer rest. 2 to 3 minutes. I usually like to recover better to completely tax the muscle again. I train more for explosion than size.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Fluctuate between high and low to tax fast and slow twitch and increase both endurence and top end explosive strength.
