How I Stay Motivated:
What ever your goals are you can always improve. You can always get stronger, bigger, leaner, faster, etc. Oh and I have a 17 year old daughter! Either stay in shape or get a gun collection and I'm not big on guns. lol

Won Muscle Media 2000 "King of the Reps" contest plus a couple local contests in Iowa. Spokesperson and model for EAS.

Well now that I'm back from my ACL surgery and playing soccer again. My main goal is lean out and get my speed back.
Goal (Long):
I've softened up a lot since my surgery. My goal is to maintain 195 lbs or so and get back in the 6 to 8 % on body fat.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Longer rest. 2 to 3 minutes. I usually like to recover better to completely tax the muscle again. I train more for explosion than size.
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Fluctuate between high and low to tax fast and slow twitch and increase both endurence and top end explosive strength.
