Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder, Rotator Cuff. Got it from doing heavy bench too often before resting. I recovered by just resting it alot and strengthening it other ways.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Trying to do too much weight and sacrificing form.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?

Went to the Doctor today bout my knee thats really bothering me... apparently its quite possible that i partially tore sumtin in it, he said rest it till tuesday; if it doesnt hurt, try squats on wed.... if it hurts at all on tues or during squats, i should go back n get a MRI on it.......
