don't have th emoney to get in a good gym or buy the good stuff from muscletech, so these the last time,I have meet jay C. in person another at expo in LA. but do mybest.work hard for it.but I get nothing back.so hop these doesn't make u said or somthing.but noone cares anyways.u see my profile or even u see me run in L.A marathon. part 2

hi I am Albert I have try to get in every conest,but what is the catch to these why eassy" somepeople don't care what they did anyways. just get down tothe point and show the profove not words" I work out most very day and take a 2 days off,but some times I part 1
