5-1-13* New Workout routine: Day 1 Biceps, Wrist Curls, Day 2 Benchpress & Triceps, Day 3 Squats, Day 4 Abs, Day 5 Bent Over Rows, Curls, Day 6 Over Head Press, Triceps, Day 7 Dead Lifts Day, 8 Rest, then repeat! Will try to do 5 lbs. more or 1 rep more at each workout!

I am probably about 80% vegan & try to take in as little sugar as possible. I do take one day a week when I eat meat or whatever I want too.

I use EAS Soy Protien or GNC Soy Protien 95, take Centrum Multi-vitamins, Plus B-Complex, C, E, Omega 3, milk thistle, saw palmeto.

My motivation is to stay healthy and reach perfect body measurements.
Will measure main body part being worked out before the workout. If it is at goal, will maintain weight used in last workout.
Will try to lift more each week until perfect body measurements are met.
Once perfect body measurement is obtained will use the last workout weight to maintain perfect measurements for life!
