How I Started:
I began lifting in Iraq because i had some time to do it without any distractions. I slacked off for a couple months when I returned home but now I am back overseas with nothing else to do but get my body back on track...Plus I was getting chunky and didn't realize it..
Why I Love It:
I love seeing every part of my body change. It's crazy how you can change your body by lifting weights. I love the challenge and seeing new muscles develop that I've never seen before. Most importantly I'm still young and I want to have the physique that many other users have on this site. I also want to be healthy and fit and someday inspire others to work out and show them by eating clean, lifting and being consistent that they can change the way their body looks and be much happier with themselves...I KNOW I AM!!...
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that if someone else can do it...i can too!! Also seeing the different physiques on BB.com....it's amazing the changes that people can make by just eating right and picking up a weight...I'm also looking forward to carnival 2k9 in Trinidad..I have to get that body right if I want to wear that two piece :)

Goal (Long):
My goal is to be healthy and fit and take what i have learnt and help others reach there goal as well.
Today is day two of my strict diet!. I am soooooo hungry!...but i know i can do it!. I am doing cardio later (30 mins incline walk) (30 mins stairmaster). I goota get my stomach(can't call it abs yet..lol)...they way i want it to be. I am extremely excited to see my daughter in Trinidad on...

Hi - its early doors and im finding it tough already - im starving - will need to play about with the diet a bit more - like i had a protein shake with a banana for breakfast and im thnking the oatmeal would have been better and kep me feeling fuller.
I looked it up on Wikipedia and I had a feeling it would be pretty nice there. Is your gym all high-end as well? You must be excited to go home. Will you return after the vacation?
I hope i can - its not through want of trying - need to get my meal plan totally right for me - i go through either eating too much or not enough - i have a pair of goal jeans i wanna get into for christmas - that will be the best present ever!
