How I Started: I have always tried to stay fit. Now that I am getting older I want to lean out, drop some body fat and improve my nutrition.
Why I Love It: There are few things that make you feel better than you do after a good intense workout.
How I Stay Motivated: Thinking about my future and wanting a great quality of life after I leave the Corps.

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Drop my body fat % to 9% by the end of May08
Goal (Long): I am getting ready to embark on a 90 day intense training routine. I will try to drop my body fat from 18 to 9 percent. I want to lean out and look fit. I want to loose the love handles and gain a six pack!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 9%

No. I'm southside and that is the north side of town, but you can check out World Gym or Midtown Athletic Windy Hill...Midtown has an outdoor climbing wall and a great indoor track!
