How I Started:
I have always tried to stay fit. Now that I am getting older I want to lean out, drop some body fat and improve my nutrition.
Why I Love It:
There are few things that make you feel better than you do after a good intense workout.

Thinking about my future and wanting a great quality of life after I leave the Corps.

I am getting ready to embark on a 90 day intense training routine. I will try to drop my body fat from 18 to 9 percent. I want to lean out and look fit. I want to loose the love handles and gain a six pack!

They are going fine I am in this cutting phase. I am going to be ready for the summer. I was building muscle and burning fat at the same time for now I will be just burning fat.
