Hello to all. Does anyone know anything about fasting? I feel like I need to detox from all of the junk that I have been eating, and then start over fresh. About a month ago I decided to get serious about getting into shape, but have continued to jump on and off the wagon. My husband cooked...
I remember :) I PM'd the diet to you. It's pretty straight forward. I ate whatever vegetables I wanted including corn and peas (high carb veggies), so it's a diet where you don't have to overthink your choices. Let me know if you have any questions. Hopefully I can answer them :D
Do it to it girl-We have to take care of ourselves-wishing you all the best on your fitness goals-Thanks for the add and stopping by-Remember train hard, eat well and often love the body you're building-MJ-FitChik4Life
Aww I'm glad you enjoy my blog!! Thanks for that :) If you want, I can write up a copy of the diet I'm following. It's very simple which is what I needed. No need to count calories. Just a little bit of weighing and measuring. Very easy. Let me know.
I just dropped by to wish you well and to tell you that you can do whatever you put your mind to. You are a strong and determined woman.
Remember: "Visualize this thing you want. See it, feel it, believe in it. Create a mental blueprint and then make it happen.”
We here at Bodybuilding.com are standing right behind you rooting for you to succeed.
I will not be easy or simple and could be on of the hardest things you have ever done in life. Now with that said, it will also be one of the most rewarding!

Hey Marie, Thank you for the blog comments! You so right, it take discipline and I know I contribute to my failures as well. I weighed today and I am still at the same place... not bad, but not good either so we gotta STEP it up!!!!
Oh trust me, I know the feeling. I have done that tooooo many times to count. Even if you aren't staying on course the whole way, just the small changes can add up. Keep at it and think of the reward in the end!
You are a perfect candidate for the Body for Life program. I say this because you seem to be both focused and motivated and those are 2 things that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Let me know if there is anything that I can do to be of assistance.
