How I Started:
I GUESS I GOT STARTED BY WANTING TO PICK-UP A NEW HOBBY BESIDES SHOPPING AND SLEEPING, AND NOW IT'S TURNED INTO SOMETHING I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT. I HAD AN INJURY IN '05 THAT WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO WORK OUT UNTIL THIS YEAR,BUT NOW THAT I AM FULLY HEALED I WON'T ALLOW ANYTHING TO STOP ME.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE TO SEE MY BODY CHANGE. I LOVE CHALLENGING MYSELF AND RECEIVING THE REWARD OF A NICE TONE, HEALTHY BODY WHILE BECOMING THE BEST PERSON I CAN BE.
How I Stay Motivated:
MY MOTIVATION WOULD HAVE TO BE THE SCALE WATCHING THE NUMBER,(WEIGHT), DECREASE AS I BEGAN TO LOOK MORE, AND MORE LEANER AND DEFINED IS ALL THE MOTIVATION I NEED..IF NO ONE ELSE CAN SEE MY IMPROVEMENT EXCEPT FOR ME IT'S STILL ALL THE MOTIVATION I NEED BECAUSE I'M DOING THIS FOR ME..

MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO HAVE A BODY THAT I CAN BE PROUD OF. I WANT A BODY THAT I CAN HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN KNOWING I ACCOMPLISHED ALL THAT I COULD TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL. I WAS VERY ATHLETIC WHEN I WAS YOUNGER AND HAD THE BODY TO PROVE IT, BUT SOMEWHERE ALONG THE WAY OF BEGINNING A CAREER I LET MY FITNESS AND BODY TAKE A BACKSEAT TO WORK. NOW THAT I'M OLDER I REALIZE HOW MUCH YOURSELF IMAGE ABOUT YOURSELF AFFECTS YOUR SELF-CONFIDENCE IN EVERY OTHER ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE. SO AS I RECLAIM MY BODY BY LOSING 10-15 LBS.AND DROPPING MY B.F.%TO 15%, I WILL ALSO BE BECOMING THE BEST PERSON,(THE BEST ME), I CAN AND WILL EVER BE FOR MYSELF AND FOR MY CHILD.
