I have gotten into the gym this summer because I finally have gotten the right frame of mind to get in shape!  So I have been going 4 to 5 times a week to the gym.  But my wife is starting to complain that I have been spending to much time at the gym!  That there are other things that...

Workout Program:
I try to get to the gym at least 4 times a week and if I can fit it in a 5th time!

Each time I go I spend an hour walking on the treadmill. I have bad knees so I don't run. It is a good paced walk (4 mph) I try to keep my hart rate at around 135.

I have recently have added doing 2k on...

thanks man, Well no secret's here, Hard work makes you leaner ! But if it helps I am on a diet called "TKD" It's similar to the Atkins diet. Only difference is most of the weight you lose comes from your body fat not muscle.

hey guy you have a helluva base physique to start your transformation with. now work it! go for it guy. we older guys have to show these kids in here we mean business, and not to count us out yet stay focused and keep it up.
