I try to get to the gym at least 4 times a week and if I can fit it in a 5th time!
Each time I go I spend an hour walking on the treadmill. I have bad knees so I don't run. It is a good paced walk (4 mph) I try to keep my hart rate at around 135.
thanks man, Well no secret's here, Hard work makes you leaner ! But if it helps I am on a diet called "TKD" It's similar to the Atkins diet. Only difference is most of the weight you lose comes from your body fat not muscle.
