Hey there, I just stopped by to see how you are doing... I think i'm stuck again at 226.. I cant get the scale to go down, I started atkins induction phase last friday and it still has not moved... its been a week, its been only like 1 lb, and that 1 lb comes and goes. I think if im not down by 5 lbs next friday i'm going on a liquid diet for a few days maybe something like the master cleanser oh well, be blessed
One of the pills in the back is meant to reduce excess body water, I feel really tight week week I go back on it after taking a week off. You're supposed to take it 3 weeks on / 1 week off. I think it work very well.

I know what you mean. I constantly struggle with my midsection, but I will continue to push myself and gain that competition style physique with the shredded abs! It just take a little bit of time.
hon the secret is to go hard and heavy with the weights while you cut calories if you are trying to lose the weight... you got to build endurance to try and get sharp abs... but for you I would say keep the cardio up and hit the weights.. trust me
