I started when i first joined the services and was hooked from then on.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing how my body can change and how much I’m willing to push myself. I also like to work with people who are willing to put forth the effort in making a change for a healthier life style.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by keeping clear cut goals in mind and having a great support system both in and out the gym. It's all about trying new things be it dance, step, circut training and making it work for you.
BB Accomplishments:
Competing in my first bench press compotation and boxing compotation. Completing four 5k and one 10k
