Got started lifting way back in High School. I moved from NJ to Indiana. My new school didn't have a Lacrosse team to play on so I had to find another way to stay fit. My goals and motivation are always changing. Awhile ago now, I became involved in Muay Thai kickboxing. I want use this to fight MMA which I've also been traing for. Why I Love It:
It's not as if I love or hate it anymore, it's simply a part of my daily life. Cliche' as it might be, working out is like breathing to me, I just have to do it.
