I saw that, luv it btw. You have the best smile, aand everything else.. Im doing good, training harder than ever. We are supposed to get snow today :D snow is my favorite thing in the whole world, and after this next week all the passes should open for snowboarding.

I dont know what schools kids go to where they get treated like that. I would have stood up for you man, I could have dragged you to the gym too. Anyways.. you progress is just amazing. To look at the bright side, a rough past can always make for a bright future. I dont know how much your story has gotten out, but make sure it gets out more, cause this is the first time I have heard of it

Training is going good. I spent so long trying to gain weight that I wasnt noticing how much BF I put on, over the last month I have continued my eating habit but added in some cardio. Cut back to 170. How is your training going? It look pretty good in the pics :D

Yeah I dont know what it is.. your tattoos are really something else, Ive always wanted a tattoo LIKE the first one shown on this site(http://www.squidoo.com/totattoo).. but I just dont know though
