ive always like to play around in the weight room and see how my body reacts, ive currently changed my workout a whole lot just to see what would happen. Its all been good.
Why I Love It:
i can think of millions of reasons why i love it, but i cannot think of one that i do not!
How I Stay Motivated:
magazines, mirrors, other peoples comments(good or bad, websites like this and the animal pak website, pictures of old bodybuilders, trying to shock my wife with my progress, competition in the gym, seeing friends that i haven't seen in a long time and seeing their reaction.

none, but im still breathing, and i like that.

I know it have the Amature Competition here, I thinks its in Huntsville, and if theres none here ATL should have some. No I have never been in any, I think I might be to old to enter now, I would have a long ways to go.....Besides I have alot of small problems with my Joints and shit, Knees, Bad Back, etc....
lol..the weighted crunches are easy bro if you have a cable gym.. just like a normal situp but the weight adds a bit more resistance. Anyway you look great now! :)
