How I Started:
WHEN I WAS ABOUT 14 MY DAD WOULD TAKE ME TO THE YMCA WITH HIM AND LET ME WORKOUT WITH HIM. THEN I STARTED MY FRESHMAN YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL AND WANTED TO GET BIG FOR SPORTS AND IMPRESS THE GIRLS. AFTER THAT I STARTED WORKING OUT WITH THE FOOTBALL TEAM AND MADE SOME GREAT GAINS. FROM THAT POINT ON I WAS IN LOVE WITH LIFTING.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE IT BECAUSE I KNOW I'M GOING TO GET BIGGER AND STRONGER. I ALSO LOVE BEING STRONG AND SEEING MY BODY CHANGE OVER TIME.
How I Stay Motivated:
I KNOW THAT I HAVE TO WORK HARD BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO WANT THE SAME THING AS ME.

TERRIFIC attitude towards gym CULTURE. So rare to see in a younger dude. Most guys are TERRIFIED to show their legs when they train -- let alone their bodies!!! Nice to see a young dude get the "hang" of it all! And by the way -- START LOOKING TOWARDS COMPETING, KID!!!
Oh ok I see I played baseball, football, and basketball never wrestled. I just hit 170 yesterday. That would be a good idea you need that extra weight for football. You are looking good though man keep up the good work
