How I Started:
I was always athletic played sports (mainly basketball), and i worked out(mornings & night) everyday until i finished school and started working full-time. Thats when i stopped all hobbies then it was work go home eat then sleep no other physical activities. And clothes starting shrinking or i was getting bigger.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE IT. CAUSE IT HURTS SO GOOD.
(ONLY PROBLEM IS STAYING MOTIVATED TO GO TO THE GYM ON A REGULAR BASIS)

Wassup man, the only suppliments I used were whey protein and a little creatine. Following my breakfast lunch and dinner schedule, I would also drink a mixture of whey protein and water three times a day and creatine once a day!!
I've been doing well man! I'm down 80 lbs as of this morning. Hope things are going well with you. Stay motivated. Eventually this will become your favorite hobby!! And as always, if you need anything just hit me up.
nope.....I mean real dark chocolate, lol......mmmmnnnnn my favorite of all-time :) I actually use hemp protein most of the time and save the whey shake for post workout. Good to hear it's going good for you :)
cleansing is going great......had my 1st 'off the wagon' moment last night and had a few (more like 6) little squares of dark chocolate. Could've been worse, though....so I'm just carrrying on as if it never happened, lol (aka denial). How are you doing in regards to your wt loss goals? Just take it one day at a time....
Hey man,the work out I have listed I will start it Sunday.The cardio for me has changed since I started in March.The first couple of months,I would do a jog/walk routine for an hour and a half.Then the last 2 weeks I have been riding a bike outside for 30,then sprint/walk for 30.
