GL Shipmate with your goal. I lost about12-13% in 5 months. but that was crazy. so good luck man. be dedicated and you will achive. But its completely up to one person...you!
slow ha ha, had my newbie gains and progress seems to be dipping. loosing inches but weight staying the same.. but i can bench 4x now what i used to.. and i feel better.. but i suffer from i-want-it-now-itus lol hows things on your end? looks like u achieving yours:)
