AFTER MY ACCIDENT I WAS LAID UP FOR ABOUT 2 1/2 YEARS THEN I WAS IN THEARPY FOR ABOUT THE NEXT 5 YEARS. I BEEN TRYING TO STAY ON A REGULAR WORKOUT BUT I SLIP UP EVERY NOW AND THEN BUT I AM GOING ALL OUT THIS TIME. I WANT TO SEE WHAT I KNOW I CAN DO AND WATCH MY RESULTS AND LET THE WORLD WATCH AS I DO IT.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE BODYBUILDING BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IT IS THE TRUE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH. AND LIKE A LOT OF PEOPLE I WANT TO LAST AS LONG AS I CAN OR GOD LET'S ME.
How I Stay Motivated:
I HAVE TO KEEP GOING IF I EVER WANT TO GET OUT OF THIS CHAIR. AND NOW IHAVE TO KICK IN ANOTHER GEAR. I AM STRONG ENOUGH NOW TO DO MORE SO I HAVE TO.
SINCE 2000 IN BEEN IN A WHEELCHAIR FROM THE RESULT OF A CAR ACCIDENT. I BROKE MY NECK AND AT ONE POINT I COULD NOT MOVE OR FEEL FROM NECK DOWN NOW I HAVE 95% OF MY FEELING FROM CHEST DOWN. I HAVE FULL CONTROL OF MY ARMS AND I CAN DO LEG ENTENSION WITH MY LEGS. MY TRUNK IS STILL MY WEAKESS POINT BUT I AM WORKING ON IT. ONCE I GET MORE TRUNK CONTROL I WILL HAVE BETTER STABILITY AND THAT WILL HELP ME TO WALK.
Ilike her attitude and her work ethic. I have seen a lot of women with at a weight that they are not happy with but will not do anything about it accept say that is to much work. I say if it is something that has to be done there is no such thing as to much work. If it has to be done then do it or settle.
He is doig things that I want to do and one is to inspire others in a wheelchair. He has transform his body and he has let his voice be heard on different views about certain situation and I think he is doing a great job and having fun doing it.
Monday 5/18/09 I started my mass program which is one body part twice a day example:
Week #1
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Arms(Triceps/Biceps)
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Repeat first work of the week
Sunday: Rest
Hey there. You look great. You WILL walk again...you definitely will. :)

Hey man, I know you'l walk again if u truly want to. My brother was in a bad accident(Ran over by a trailer with 2 1100 pound horses in it) He's 17 and been paralyzed from waist down since the accident 3 months ago. He's very determined to walk again no matter what the Dr.s say. So far he's got feeling in thighs and can move alot from his hipsNothin below the knee quite yet. But a couple days ago he's been able to pee on his own without cath. prayers to you and your fight GLA.
