Thanks for the compliment. Been off gym for a week and half so much to do before Christmas. Your ex doesnt realise what he missed out on you look sexy nice and firm nice work how exercise and good quality food can make such a difference. Great work keep it up keep me posted.

Lost 3 kilos over the last few weeks - im guessing its water, I'm sticking to the clean food religiously and had a week off to rest this week starting 10 x 10 routine. chest and back session yesterday i nearly collapse after walking out of gym, needed to sit for 10 to regain focus to drive. Good sign of hard effort, I do this training a little more sure to get that weight back up.

Lovin the legs in the new profile shot and the calves oooo ah nice. I'm working on mine thickness coming slowly.
The videos are good because you get to look back and see how you have progress more real time than pics ;)
I've hit an 88klos max and struggling to get back to it and break the plateu, I think I need to boost my carbs by anout 200cal and another 100g of protein that should do the trick a little cardio would hurt either.

You look amazing in the competition state off season and on. I look forward to learning alot from you and making it on stage some time next yr. From what I saw the next one(comp) is in may - but i think it will be too soon for me to compete then.

This will help you.
To get to a certain weight do this:
1) Bodyweight in lbs x 2 = protein requirement. Get that locked in the calorie plan and your half way there ;)

Taking in 480 - 620grams of protein per day , 120 grams of fat and 4-600grams of carbs.
