Feeling bigger, but the tape will tell in a week. Don't expect any huge changes, eating clean to bulk @ 200g target per day.

2nd day at the gym still have virus, doc says it should be gone by next week lets hope so. ;) It's killing my gains..

Working on hitting the abs and maintining as much size as possible ;) 19.5% on the BIA scale, have to change that. Do I really look 19.5% ?

What's going on in your fitness life?3.783% bf - 83.6kgs @ 7am this morning. Going to the zoo tommorrow plenty of photography and walking.
