Goal (Long):
Training 6 days per peek Mon - Sat Full body twice per week - 1 her sessions @ 530am each morning.
Food high clean carbs, quality protein and balance of fruit and vegies "no junk".
Bf @ 8% happy with that, I continue my bulk long term target of 100kgs hopefully by the end of next yr, if not sooner. Immediate target 86 by end of November.

The smith machine calf raise is on BB.com, though I didn't to them in reverse, I was just looking for the closest thing to what I was actually doing. So I did the calf raises on the smith machine but just in the normal way.
Pendlay Rows are part of the Rippetoe "Starting Strength" routine, I found that through a forum search the other day when I typed in "compound routine". I had to google Pendlay Rows to find out what they were, you can find some videos too if you google it.

I am off season now til World Championship next year, try and keep around 10-12% Bf. Just ;ike I was before competition. :)
