Overall Goal: I want to be sitting at 85 kilos by the end of October. Under 12% bf ;)Due to virus at the start of Oct it has made me drops down nearly 2 kilos - need to work hard, recover it by resting and training hard.

I have adjusted my diet to start @ 5000 cal with a target of 360grams of protein per day to reach my long term 90kgs target.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 4 kg
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

yep nice to have goals gives you a target to look forward too.IM sure your get to your goal and have to put some size on to cut abit back.Lean gains are the best,can be abit slow but you know what your getting.
Sounds good to me,as for the zzzzz yep i need some too.Just eating enough is difficult at times especially after cutting weight early this year!I see your going for 85kg and low BF,keep at it and grow grow grow!!
Hola mister! Lookin very chiseled! I had an amazing time at my first shsow didnty place but I'm gng to do the same show next year and God willing I'm bringng back a trophy (not just my body) how about you...competing?
Well...about that diet thing. Actually, I am pretty good. I am not a competitor so I don't have to be totally strict with diet. The funny thing is, I don't crave or want to eat a lot of things that would be detrimental to my goals in the gym. If I do really want something...I eat it! Denial only make me want it that much more! I'm sure you know what I mean!
wow thanks for that...i think ill buy the book - eat clean diet by Tosca Reno...I normally just eat chick and broc...sweet potato... almonds and only milk in mornings skim with protein banana berries...and have cottage cheese a lot ...egg whites no yolk...but i dont eat enough so not seeing results I like...think body is storing fat in my tummy to over compensate undereating...

Thanks man! Nah i've been told off for letting my self get too fat haha. But oh well nothing that can't be reversed with a little bit of strictness (finally lmao)
