Bigger dinners at night are killing me though as I gained some fat. I really need to cut back. Your latest profile pic looks great. I saw most of your supplement talk, do you think the lower energy could have something to do with your regular diet? I know it's very challenging esp for chocolate freaks like us to minimize calories. Just a thought.

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for responding. Training for December is going well. My workouts are so short b/c of the kid. You never know when he's going to cry so I got to get in and out. Thankfully though I am maintaining pretty well.

I'm doing well. It's hard to keep the training going full steam with an infant that tends to never sleep during evenings when I am home. I've gained back a few pounds in the process but I am happy to say I am still able to train. Your calves look great, but your other half is better.:)

Oh no!! Where did that other pic go? The new one is nice too, but the other one was glowing. Glad to hear your a Christian. We need a few more now a days. I hope training is going well. I've finally gave in and started lunges in my leg workout..I don't like it.

Got a question. I got a bench 45 degrees to do abs on and it turns into a lower back workout. Do I really want to curl the whole way up or should my shoulders just barely leave the bench for contraction?

Doing well. First time I got down to my current weight without losing any strength. In about 1 week, I hope to slack off the diet just a little b/c I got to get a long awaited DQ Blizzard! I need to get back on the horse shortly after. You look great. How do you avoid temptation?
