Not a very good athlete so I had to find my nitch. Later I became bigger then them all!
Why I Love It:
I'm not one to just let my body go as I get older. I'm not perfect, I just try to maximize what I got with complete sacrifice.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm not a quitter. I started this years ago and I like not looking sickly and fat. Tone is everything. Skinny just don't cut it. You got to be tone. Tone is everything. It makes us feel better about ourselves and helps us deal with the daily grind. Tone is Sexy! So is a rip which I hope to get someday.

My goal was to have abs  Not quite there yet but I need to eat some peanut butter cups!! I will take a diet break while continuing to train to get over my desire to eat a few bad things. Going forward, I may allow myself one bad day a week. Not sure.

To be get better everyday at resisting temptation and maintain a strong desire to be healthy. I would love to be bigger but not if I'm spending hundred's in supplements. Protein powder and protein bars are it. I have learned so much in the past 2 years and I get more and more disciplined. A healthy body is 99 percent mental.

I want to LOSE 10 lb

Let me start on the diet.  I did do the tv dinner thing the first time I went through the plan.  Not this last time though.  I didn’t want the sodium so I did make changes.  I will give you some examples below…
 
For chicken note that every weekend I make an entire bag of frozen...

It might make your arms stronger but it really does a job on your shoulders and rotator cuffs! The DVD even tells you if you have this huge list of problems (shoulders, wrist and back to name a few) DO NOT do the program.

Yes I totally agree! I noticed it when I made my oatmeal in the morning & could only eat about half before I was stuffed! Your stomach will get used to the smaller portions

If your workouts are heavy you may be hungry...but I am not a nutrition guru at all. You may have to test your diet some and add or drop some macros depending on if you are looking for the scale to drop or not.

Well that is quite the compliment, thanks again. I have learned to recognize different types of hunger for myself. The hardest is when I am tired. That is an all day fight. Right now, my body wants to grow. I am trying to fight the hunger because competiton is coming up. Otherwise, I would eat more food. Are you trying to lean more?

To be honest, it depends on my workouts. The afternoon and evening on leg day is brutal. I am so hungry. Also, after I do HIIT.
