Goal (Long):
I started my diet back in the fall for 6 weeks I ate as good as I could. I dropped about 22 pounds and now weigh about 171! I can see my abs during training but they still aren't there at the other times. I am only a few pounds away and I am trying so hard to stay motivated to keep it going. Intense training is not the issue with me, it's the stupid food!!! I'll eat it if it will work but everybodys got a different opinion.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I am doing well with my progress both physically and mentally. It's still something that I deal with everyday and I do appreciate your support.
I think the keys are keeping your protein levels high when you are trying to burn fat....and doing moderate cardio first thing in the am to lose fat. You don't want to go past 60-75% of your max effort...if you do that, your body will burn muscle for fuel doing cardio.
