How I Started:
I had no idea figure competing existed until I attended Jen Hendershott's Phat Camp in Jan 2006. I had actually never even heard of her. At the camp, I had lots of people suggest I try competing, but really wasn't interested. During the summer of 2006, I changed my workout style and diet, and was amazed by the results. I decided I may as well give competing a try. I ended up doing 4 competitions within 10 weeks and won 3 overall titles. I was hooked and haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
It gives me self confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
I'm headed to Vegas this weekend to watch the Olympia. I'll be cheering for my friend Natalie Benson in figure, who placed 2nd at the Europa. For fitness, it's the one who got me started in all this craziness in the first place, Jen Hendershott. I'm looking forward to a somewhat...
Give me thoughts: Have you heard about the Rock Star Fitness Weekend in Dallas hosted by Two Times Ms. Olympia Jenny Lynn and Pro Fitness Trish Warren. It is June 20-21 Let me know if you have interest in attending.

I am originally from Gotebo. I live in Yukon now. I am going to try and be ready in time for the Red River. We will see. I have a lot of weight still to lose, but I have faith in my trainer, so I'll just take it one day at a time. You look amazing by the way. You really are an inspiration...
