Background

When I Started: Jan 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I worked out at a gym on a cruise ship while on vacation in Dec 2008 and when I got back home I decided to work out regularly.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I look better and feel better. My energy level has definitely increased.

Workout day for 7-18-11


Good leg workout today with the following exercises:


Angled Leg Press


Kneeling Leg Curl (hamstrings)


Calf Raise


Leg Extension


Seated Hamstring


Calf Press


Glute Machine (works glutes and hamstrings)


Donkey Calf Raise


+ 15 minutes of cardio on the elliptical


Leg day is not my favorite day, but I am pushing myself to continue to show progress (just have to be careful because my right knee is prone to injury).  The fun conti

[View Photo]Had a good chest workout yesterday.  Still trying to work on a leaner look and making some progress.  Today is my arm workout day, and I'll throw in a few ab exercises as well.  Posted some new pics on my profile...keeping a visual record of my progress is important.  I still have much work to do!

[View Photo]Completed chest routine today along with some ab excericises.  I continue to do 15-20 minutes of cardio after each workout to help keep my bf% where it needs to be.  Tomorrow is arm day!
