Background
I worked out at a gym on a cruise ship while on vacation in Dec 2008 and when I got back home I decided to work out regularly.
I look better and feel better. My energy level has definitely increased.

Good leg workout today with the following exercises:
Angled Leg Press
Kneeling Leg Curl (hamstrings)
Calf Raise
Leg Extension
Seated Hamstring
Calf Press
Glute Machine (works glutes and hamstrings)
Donkey Calf Raise
+ 15 minutes of cardio on the elliptical

Today is my arm workout day, and I'll throw in a few ab exercises as well. Posted some new pics on my profile...keeping a visual record of my progress is important. I still have much work to do!
